blackswanranch (11)Yesterday was another great day for conservation along the lower Yuba River – the Wildlife Conservation Board approved the acquisition of Phase 2 of the Black Swan, 108 gorgeous acres between Highway 20 and the Yuba River. This means that to date almost 600 acres of this incredible property, including two miles of Yuba River and Deer Creek frontage, has been conserved and will soon be opened to the public. Thanks to our friends at the Bear Yuba Land Trust, the Trust for Public Lands, and the Department of Fish and Game! Stay tuned for news about trails and tours by friending us on Facebook.
